This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal data from customers of Proactima Solutions AS – a company within the Proactima Group. Such information is processed in accordance with Norwegian and EU regulations (GDPR). The main person responsible for processing personal data is the general manager.

An identifiable natural person is someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to a name, address, phone number, email address, or other identifiers. We never disclose your information to other parties. Access to personal information is limited to employees of Proactima Solutions who need it to perform their job. The same requirements for security and confidentiality apply to our suppliers through our data processing agreements.

The legal basis for processing personal data for Proactima Solutions is either consent or a contract. Consent is given upon registration as a customer on the Dmaze platform, consulting services, or as a subscriber to our newsletter.

Proactima Solutions’ Processing of Personal Data

Proactima Solutions collects and uses personal data only to provide the services you request, and to manage your contact information, identify you, and communicate with you. The data is used for as long as you are a customer, or afterward for evaluation. It may also be used to inform you about new services we offer. The data is stored for as long as necessary for its intended purpose.

You may object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing at any time, and we will then cease any processing related to such purposes. You can inform us of your objections by sending an email to: support@dmaze.com

 

Recipient of Personal Data:

Your personal data will only be disclosed to internal recipients within Proactima Solutions; it will not be shared with third-party recipients.

Web Traffic:

When you visit our website for informational purposes only, i.e., without being registered, we automatically collect and store certain types of information (such as device type, browser used, date and time of visit, and pages visited).

We only use this data to help us provide an effective service (e.g., to tailor our website to customer needs). The personal data collected is necessary for providing you with the website. It is not possible to trace the data collected back to individual users.

Customer Information:

In connection with customer relationships, we are required to collect information such as name, email address, and job title as customer contact. This information is used to manage your customer relationship, for example, by responding to inquiries, sending offers, processing orders, and evaluating assignments. The information may also be used to inform you about other services we believe may be useful, such as through newsletters. Customer information is registered in our customer database.

We retain the information you provide us for as long as our customer relationship exists. You have the right to access, correct, and delete data we have stored about you. After the end of the customer relationship, we may retain data as long as deemed appropriate based on our legitimate interest in maintaining information about our assignment history. This also helps us assist you with any historical information you may need.

 

Providing Our Software and Services:

Proactima Solutions AS processes data regarding unique user information and financial information.

What data: Username (email), name, and financial information such as credit card details, billing address, etc.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest.

How we process personal data: Personal data is processed in Dmaze and is retained to ensure normal business operations for the Customer. You can request the deletion of your user account or delete it yourself.

 

Newsletter:

Proactima Solutions regularly sends out a newsletter. When you subscribe, we request your email address and first and last name. Your email address is used to send the newsletter, and the other information is used to tailor the content of the newsletter to your profile. Each newsletter you receive includes an option to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, your information will be deactivated and you will no longer receive our newsletter.

 

Job Openings:

Proactima Solutions uses LinkedIn to register job applications. When you apply for a position at Proactima Solutions, you enter your personal information into LinkedIn’s database and accept their terms. This is information that Proactima Solutions cannot delete, but you can request deletion at any time by contacting LinkedIn directly. Social Media:

Proactima Solutions uses Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media to provide information about our activities. If you follow us on these platforms, the respective platform is responsible for processing your personal data.
